In the Momentet Lystrup Swimming and Activity Centre, the whole family has the opportunity to jump in the warm water pool, go to the hot tub, sauna or splash around in the 25-metre pool in beautiful surroundings.

A modern swimming pool in beautiful surroundings

Momentet Lystrup Swimming and Activity Center is a modern swimming pool which was completed in June 2022. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by an open and inspiring environment with many sensory impressions, which is due to the dreamy sculptures and murals provided by artist Hans Krull. The welcoming atmosphere shows what awaits you - a place where good moments are created.

Whether you want to play and have fun with the family in the warm water pool, distance swimming, wellness with a trip to the spa and sauna or a trip under the cold water bucket - yes, there is plenty of opportunity for fantastic and completely unique experiences. The swimming pool offers a lot of activities and events aimed at people of all ages. Are you into play and well-being? So try, for example, our AquaDisco for children or SaunaGu's treatment evenings for adults. Do you want to do something active? Outdoor community and playground

If you are looking for a slightly different activity and playground, you can use the Activity and Community Space outside the Momentet Lystrup Swimming and Activity Center for free. Here there is space for fun and togetherness, exercise and movement, spontaneous play and open activities with access for all.
