Asparagus is what we associate with Danish spring. When the vegetables come out, there is a party in most vegetable gardens. That's why we hold an asparagus juice, where the menu is centered around the wonderful asparagus.
Date: Saturday 1 June from 17.30-21.00
The menu consists of:
- Appetizer: Steamed white asparagus with hollandaise sauce and prawns
- Main course: Veal tenderloin with grilled green asparagus, sauce espagnole, potatoes and bacon bites
- Dessert: Panna cotta with asparagus and vanilla, served with vanilla ice cream
