Located in the heart of Aarhus in beautiful natural surroundings, you will find the unique and historic park, which since 1904 has been a breathing space and a free space for the city's citizens.

What would you like to experience?

Feel the rush in your stomach in Himmelrum, feel the wind in your hair in Vindfald or experience the park at a height of 65 meters at the top of Hjertekig with a view of the forest, water and city. You can also look forward to hours of fun, wild and challenging hours in our 8000m2 climbing park, where you can climb, swing, crawl and float around at a height of up to 15 metres.

Sky

The amusement Skyscraper ties you to the comet's tail and throws you into a breaking 1.080 degree centrifuge of spin, turn, spin and stars! Here you challenge gravity, forget time and feel life!

Beetle City for the little ones

Bille By is a part of the park that is especially aimed at families with small children. Here you can try The bee swarm, which drives you round and round, or you can take your very own driving license and whiz around in the little electric cars.

In the middle of the square you meet The grasshopper, which jumps and spins around at a height of up to 11 metres. A fun ride that makes your stomach churn.

Solar storm

The children's ride Solstorm sends the youngest children out in an uncontrollable spin on a breathtaking journey around the sun. And here there is guaranteed buzz in the stomach and loud laughter. Then come by and feel the forces of the sun as Solstorm sends the smaller children on an adventurous journey between the planets of the universe.

Sky tower

If you are the type of person who is always waiting for the next adrenaline kick, then the Sky Tower in Friheden is exactly what you have been waiting for. Sky Tower is for you who have nerves of steel and are literally not afraid to throw yourself into wild experiences.

When you stand 40 meters above the ground and can see all over Aarhus, only the coolest still dare to take the leap. Ahead of you awaits the wildest free fall, where you reach 90 km/h before the net catches you. Now only one question remains: Do you dare?

Heart peek

With a height of 65 meters, Hjertekig is Denmark's highest free-fall ride. Hjertekig is so significant that it changes the Aarhus Skyline. You can even experience the trip in Hjertekig in two different ways - depending on your wishes. If you are a daredevil, it is possible to get a drop from full height and achieve an acceleration of 5G. If, on the other hand, you just want to enjoy the view in peace and quiet, you can take the trip at a leisurely pace, rotating around the tower all the way up and down.

The Climbing Park

Tivoli Friheden's large climbing park is the first of its kind in a Danish amusement park. Look forward to being challenged in 39 trees with 57 platforms and 69 climbing moments when you have to crawl around in treetops at a height of 3-15 meters. The climbing course consists of 5 different courses with different degrees of difficulty, and a total of 7 different cableways. Look forward to hours of fun, wild and challenging hours in the treetops.

Spring in full bloom

Do you also like tulips - many tulips? That's what awaits you in a visit to Tivoli Freedom this spring. Here will be no less than 120.000 flowers of tulips, but also daffodils, bulbs and imperial crowns adorn everywhere, so look forward to a fantastic spring scene in the middle of freedom.

Denmark's largest Flower Festival

Throughout the month of July, you can see, smell, feel and think of flowers in a whole new light when Tivoli Friheden invites you to Denmark's largest Flower Festival. You can look forward to experiencing creative events, educational lectures and inspiring talks.

Fat Friday and Saturday

Every year, Tivoli Friheden organizes cool concerts on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer. Among the names for Fed Friday 2024, you can look forward to hearing e.g. Rasmus Seebach, DAD, Artigeardit & Lamin, Birthe Kjær & Queen Machine. Get an overview of this year's concerts here.

Extraordinary concerts

In addition to the Fed Friday and Fed Saturday concept, you can now also experience Summer Session concerts held in collaboration with Live Nation and concerts held in collaboration with United Stage. Discover great artists like Lukas Graham, Suspekt, Toto, ZZ Top and Nik & Jay.

Season tickets, company tickets and the like do not give access to these extraordinary concerts. As these concerts are held in collaboration with Live Nation and United Stage, a valid concert ticket is required.

Denmark's best outdoor scene

Tivoli Friheden's brand new stage building from 2022 ensures a music experience greater than ever before. In addition to being the huge stage for this year's Fat Friday and Saturday concerts, it also contains two new restaurants, Madscenen & Backstage. Both restaurants are based on the social dining concept, where the food as well as the experience must be enjoyed together.

Plan your whole day in Tivoli Friheden

With all those activities, you can quickly get hungry. But there is no need to go hungry around the park, you can both indulge in a classic burger menu or a family-friendly All-You-Can-Eat buffet. You are also welcome to bring your own food. Around Tivoli Friheden there are a number of cozy barbecue areas - perfect for steaks and picnics.

Christmas for the whole family

Experience the magical Christmas atmosphere when the entire park is transformed into a sparkling Christmasland filled with lights and Christmas balls. There is a guarantee that the Christmas spirit will spread when you step through the 70 meter long light tunnel. Also experience Denmark's tallest Christmas tree when the Sky Tower is transformed into a 65-metre high Christmas tree with 2,1 kilometers of light chains. You can also take an ice-skating trip under the sparkling Christmas tree and visit Santa's town, surrounded by elves and elves.

If you need a break, you can go exploring in the cozy Bodeby. The stalls are full of Christmas delicacies, both for the sweet tooth and the very hungry.

All Inclusive

With All Inclusive, you have the opportunity to experience a whole day at Tivoli Friheden for a fixed price. Tivoli Friheden itself calls it "All Inclusive", where the price includes entrance, tour band, All-You-Can-Eat buffet, voucher for soft ice, popcorn, candyfloss or coffee and a voucher for games and stalls. You can see prices and buy it at Tivoli Friheden's website or at the entrance to the park.
