In the DGI building, there is plenty of opportunity to get your heart rate up and sweat on your forehead in a lot of sports and exercise in the center of Aarhus. There are many different activities every day, which you get access to via an electronic clip card or membership.

Work out or drop by

The electronic clip card is not personal, so you can share it with a friend, workout partner or your family. The DGI House also has special offers for students and seniors. DGI-Huset has a varied team plan with over 80 teams per week. You can both participate in the different teams with membership and cut cards, so whether you want to train hard or just want to stop by and try a single hour, there is the opportunity.

In the DGI house you will find a rhythm hall, several ball halls, a jumping hall, one of Denmark's highest climbing walls, an activity room, strength area and a café.
