On the MTB track in Hasle Bakker, you get both hairpin turns uphill and technical challenges. At the top of Bakkekammen you can enjoy the beautiful view over Aarhus and far into Søhøjlandet.

The MTB track in Hasle Bakker

The singletrack track in Hasle Bakker is 5,5 km long and starts right behind Tovhøjskolen. After 1 km it goes steeply up Grimhøj, but you will be rewarded at the top, because from here you can look out over Søhøjlandet - the beautiful area with large forests, high peaks and many lakes. The trail winds through the meadow at Voldbækken and into the forest.

Later, the track becomes technically challenging, and on the way back you can again enjoy the good view - this time over Aarhus from 105 meters altitude, before continuing on the descent, where you get the braking and turning technique in play.

Work is currently underway to make the track a good year-round track.
