True Forest
Distance: 4.11 Km
True Skov is something close to the largest forest area in Aarhus, so there is enough space to romp around, even for energetic souls.
More than just a forest
As you trot through True Forest, you encounter not only forest but also a lake and open areas where you can enjoy the sight of a diverse wildlife. And if you feel hungry, you can always rest in the deep calm of the forest or by the lake and enjoy your packed lunch outdoors.
True Skov and Skjoldhøjkilen go all the way into Hasle Bakker, where Aarhus' most challenging hiking and cycling routes can be found. If you are more into normal fitness, you can also get sweat on your forehead at one of the outdoor fitness parks.
Enjoy the snow with cross-country skiing
If there is a beautiful white blanket of snow, you can put on your cross-country skis and enjoy nature, as if you were in the Norwegian highlands. You have to think about the moose, however, but the beautiful surroundings can and must be enjoyed, regardless of whether you are wearing skis or winter boots.
Running route: Hasle hills / Skjoldhøjkilen
Green running route approx. 3 km, Yellow running route approx. 5 km,
Red running route approx. 7 km, Black running route approx. 10 km.
